Tax Notice Assistant is operated by SSBM Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the service and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and sign-in information.
• Notice breakdowns: the explanation, deadlines, next steps and client memo the service generates for you.
• Billing details: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Basic usage data: such as how many notices you have analyzed, so we can apply your plan limits.

Uploaded notices

Files you upload are sent securely for analysis and are not stored after the breakdown is created. Only the resulting breakdown is saved to your account history.

How we use information

• To provide the service, generate breakdowns and show your history.
• To manage your subscription and send account-related emails.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your information or your clients' information.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers for hosting, AI processing and payments (Stripe). They only receive what is needed to perform their service.

Your choices

You can request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing ssbmconsulting@gmail.com.
